Встреча иностранных обучающихся с представителем управления по вопросам миграции УМВД России по Астраханской области

15 мая в актовом зале Астраханского ГМУ состоялась встреча иностранных обучающихся с представителем управления по вопросам миграции УМВД России по Астраханской области, начальником отдела разрешительно-визовой
работы, подполковником Алиной Воробьевой.

В ходе встречи с иностранными гражданами были рассмотрены основные положения миграционного законодательства Российской Федерации:
Постановка на миграционный учет – это обязательное пребывание (проживание) по заявленному адресу. В случае смены адреса, выезда за пределы РФ требуется незамедлительное сообщение об этом сотрудникам
вуза, собственнику жилого помещения.
По истечении 1 года в случае дальнейшего обучения необходимо в течение 1 месяца пройти повторные процедуры и УВЕДОМИТЬ ОБ ЭТОМ УВМ! (в случае
неисполнения – СОКРАЩЕНИЕ СРОКА, ВЫДВОРЕНИЕ).
«Государственная услуга по выдаче разрешения на временное проживание в целях получения образования (РВПО)» актуальна для иностранных граждан.

Алина Владимировна разъяснила процесс подачи документов, порядок и сроки оформления РВПО, указала на необходимость соблюдения миграционного
законодательства Российской Федерации и озвучила меры ответственности для иностранных граждан за неисполнение положенных обязанностей.

Продолжилась встреча в диалоговой форме, иностранные обучающиеся задавали интересующие их вопросы и получили консультации от представителя МВД.

On May 15, in the assembly hall of the Astrakhan State Medical University, a meeting was held between foreign students and a representative of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Astrakhan region, head of the Department of Visa Work, Lieutenant Colonel Vorobyeva Alina.

During the meeting with foreign citizens, the main
rules of the migration legislation of the Russian Federation were considered:
It is mandatory for a foreign citizen to stay at the address of the residence mentioned in the registration. In case of a change of address or departure from the Russian Federation, immediate notification of this to the university employees or the owner of the residence is required.
After 1 year, in case of further study, it is necessary to redo the medical examination in 30 days after the expiration date of previous results of the examination and NOTIFY the Department of Internal Affairs! (in case of non–compliance – REDUCTION OF DURATION OF STAY, EXPULSION).
«The state service for issuing a temporary residence permit for the purpose of education» is relevant for foreign citizens.

Alina Vladimirovna explained the process of submitting documents, the procedure and deadlines for registration of a temporary residence status, pointed out the need to comply with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation and announced the measures of responsibility for foreign citizens in case of failure to comply with the requirements.

The meeting continued in the format of an open dialogue, where foreign students asked their questions and received consultations from a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
